In listening to God today, try using the SOAPS method with the passage of 1 Kings 19:11-12. Read the passage and then write it down in your own words. Make observations and write those down. Write down an application or action step that you hear God whispering in your ear. Ponder and pray. Ask God to enable you to follow through with the application part. Then share with someone what you learned from this passage and coach them in using SOAPS.

Team Expansion Worker
Give thanks to God that August and Angela Cox (Japan) were able to attend Link Training at Emerald Hills, the location of Team Expansion’s prayer, retreat, and learning center in Louisville, KY. Continue to pray for good health and for God’s blessing on plans to locate in Japan. Pray that their support-raising ventures will be successful.
Pray for More Workers
Ask God to raise up more men and women like the prophet Elijah who will listen to God and then proclaim His message to whom they are sent.
Unreached People of the Day
Most of the Alawites living in Turkey are currently in refugee camps, as they have fled from Syria. Would you join us in praying for 11 workers to go and care for the Alawites mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually?
