Give praise to God that VK (southeast Asia) has been able to return to in-person teaching as well as zooming around the world with the Book of Isaiah. God has also opened a new opportunity for him to zoom across the pond to teach 1&2 Thessalonians to Chinese church leaders/students in Canada!
-Ruth (one of V’s former students, who is from China but now lives near VK) is using her seminary education to carry on her father’s work of helping to plant a Chinese church in her community. Back in China, Ruth’s father pastored a large church and, along with several church leaders, successfully planted more than thirty churches. But all these faithful servants were arrested and imprisoned. Today ten years later Ruth’s father remains languishing in a Chinese prison. Pray for his release.
