Arise, Father and shine Your light on the Makua and Kilwa peoples. We pray for disciple-making movements through Your Spirit. Bring Your glory to rise in the Makua communities and Kilwa villages to glow throughout their region of Africa.

Team Expansion Worker

O and A are speaking at new churches about their ministry among the Sylheti people. Pray for their excitement to be high as they share about what they have been doing online through social media as well as about their plans to return to Gateway. Ask that presentations might go well and for them to be able to meet with new contacts and partners.
O recently received a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in leadership at Chick-Fil-A, where he is working while raising support. Pray for him in his new role where he is overseeing several people and taking on more responsibility. Praise God that his leadership training course went well, and his travels were without incident.
Continue to pray for a teammate whose family has a large loan in his home country. He is the only son in the family, but he is unable to pay the debt. He is also going to be married soon in Gateway to a local girl. They are currently waiting for the government to approve the marriage. Please lift him up during this time of change and pray for his many responsibilities.
Please pray for new team members planning to join the team in Gateway. They have been approved by their sending agency to join and need prayers for their visas and for support.
Social media outreach is ongoing. Pray for the people who watch video clips and ask questions to have their hearts opened to the truth. Pray for the people who respond to questions that the Holy Spirit may guide their conversations. Pray for more local workers so people interested in learning more about Christ can meet with someone locally to do so.
