Daily Prayer Force January 4, 2025

In this new year, Team Expansion has a new vision of GC5 Thinking – the Great Commission, the Great Commandment, Generating Capacity, Generous Collaborating, and Global Change.

Generous Collaboration – “And they came, bringing to him a paralytic carried by four men. And when they could not get near him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above him, and when they had made an opening, they let down the bed on which the paralytic lay. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, ‘Son, your sins are forgiven.’” (Mark 2:1-12 )

Father, we know that all great movements of Yours start with PRAYER! We pray in hope and ask You to build a strong collaboration center and training base from which to grow exponentially, together with national recruiting, networking, and training initiatives. Father, keep our focus on You, training and equipping with simple, reproducible, and sustainable global growth that includes national coalitions globally.

Please join K and S in Central Asia in praying for these requests:

• Basketball season is starting, and K and S’s son, E, has been  cleared to play with limited minutes. Pray that he will enjoy his senior season playing basketball and stay safe from injury.
• S is going to start this month taking classes working toward her Doctorate in Education.
  Praise with K and S:
• Before he left for the US at the end of October, K had the opportunity to share the gospel with an imam, an Islamic studies professor, and two students. He also gifted a Bible to the imam. He hopes to follow up with them now that he is back in town.
• By the end of 2024, K and S will have walked and prayed in every neighborhood in five of their city’s nine urban districts. Plans are to complete the other four urban districts in 2025.
