“But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.” (Luke 8:15)
The northern part of South Kalimantan is filled with rice farmers trying to earn a living. Father, give fertile soil in the north for the rice farmers. More importantly, Father, give fertile spiritual soil in South Kalimantan, soil that will produce an abundant harvest.

Join JS in North Africa in lifting these requests and praises:
• God to bring people of peace to invite to gather their friends or family together to read and discuss the Bible.
• JS to hear the Lord’s voice clearly about the best way to engage/serve the south of the country where there are such greater Gospel needs.
• N’s father as he battles cancer. Pray for N to clearly share the Gospel with him. Pray for him to
have a soft heart to receive it. Pray that if God wants to use JS to share more about the Good
News, that He provides an opportunity for that.
• Hoping to host a regional gathering in-country this fall but have security concerns. Please pray for God to give a clear answer as to whether to proceed with the meetings.
Praise for a fruitful trip to West Africa! It was a blessing to learn and also share the tools and trainings the team has developed to serve these movement leaders.
• Praise for receiving residency permit for another year!
• Asking that God will raise up 1 million hours (or 100 years) of prayer this Ramadan (Mar. 1-30).
• Praise for the opportunity to serve four of local leaders in setting up technology and using security best practices so that they can be bold with the Gospel!
