While we’re based in Budapest, we have a strategic ministry plan that leverages various forms of media to make disciples in these surrounding areas. Don’t worry if you don’t have media skills yet; what we value most is a deep desire to see God’s kingdom extend. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll provide the necessary training! Responsibilities
Pray4Bosnia (P4B)
- Create prayer content for P4B initiatives.
- Utilize Mailchimp to distribute prayer content.
- Develop website translations for other P4B languages.
- Manage Facebook Ads and analyze Facebook Analytics for P4B.
- Contribute to the P4B Toolbox.
- Collaborate with P4B coalition partners.
- Oversee Team Bosnia prayer times.
- Participate in planning, strategizing, and vision casting for future P4B endeavors.
Media2DiscipleMakingMovement (M2DMM)
- Produce diverse media content for M2DMM purposes, including but not limited to photos, memes, GIFs, videos, testimonies, and articles.
- Learn and utilize new software such as Trello, Slack, and Disciple.Tools.
- Film videos and capture photos in various cities.
- Research target personas and themes, and write engaging media content.
- Organize all media content effectively.
- Manage Facebook Ads and analyze Facebook Analytics for M2DMM.
- Work alongside M2DMM coalition partners.
- Participate in planning, strategizing, and vision casting for future M2DMM initiatives.
General Ministry Responsibilities
- Raise necessary financial support.
- Complete field training as advised by your Team Leader, Field Coordinator, and/or International Services representative.
- Establish an office/residence in the appointed area.
- Learn the local language and culture, if applicable.
- Create and design creative and effective ministries to communicate Christ’s hope.
- Administrate those ministries and maintain relationships with supporters.
- Work harmoniously with other team members, encouraging mutual support.
- Communicate responsibly.
- Pray daily for ministry needs.
- Seek and align with the vision of your Team Leader.
- Grow spiritually.
- Constantly evaluate ministries to identify areas for improvement.
- Trust in God for the fulfillment of these ministries.
Qualifications
- Deep love for the Lord Jesus Christ and for the lost.
- A burning compassion for and deep commitment to helping unreached people groups.
- Experience in ministry and discipleship (other areas as needed for the specific role).
- Creativity.
- Willingness to pray.
- Administrative skills necessary for maintaining good relationships and accountability with supporters.
- Ability to work well with a group of volunteers.
- Not given to a critical spirit.
- “Can-do” attitude.
- Self-starter.
- Willingness to utilize email communication, or other means if email is unavailable.
- Willingness to live in the target area.
- Completion of Launch, Kairos course, and Jonathan Training.
