“Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada, was a valiant man of Kabzeel, a doer of great deeds. He struck down two warriors of Moab. He also went down and struck down a lion in a pit on a day when snow had fallen.” (2 Samuel 23:20)
Father, empower the Ibwe team as they juggle many different tasks, including revising the Book of Daniel, the Book of Nehemiah, the Books of 1 and 2 Samuel, and the Book of Acts. Father, enable the completion of other tasks to get approval on publishing the books of Philemon and 2 John in the Ibwe language. We pray for these valiant translation workers to do great deeds for Your kingdom and achieve extraordinary things through Your power and grace.
Team Expansion Worker
Please join P and R in southeast Asia in lifting these requests before God:
-Pray for me to be in step with Jesus in what He wants to do in the lives of TD believers. Pray for each one of them to be a shining light in their TD village.
-Pray that teaching and modeling how to share the Gospel for Diego and Luna will lead them to share the Gospel with other TD.
-Pray for our family’s health to be good.
-Pray for God to work in the hearts of the local authorities. We hope to be ready for planting coffee and other crops at the end of the spring or beginning of summer. We pray this can be a blessing to the locals and to us.
Pray for More Workers
Lord of the Harvest, empower and enable more workers for translation work among dialects that are yet to have Your Word in their language.
