Father, we praise You for the description of being husband of Your people. The Hebrew word for husband is “Ish.” We praise You because You provide, You protect, and You refuse to divorce us no matter how unfaithful we may be. Jesus, we praise You for presenting Yourself in the New Testament as the Bridegroom and the church as Your bride.

Join JS (North Africa) in praying for groups and seekers who are continuing to learn about and follow Jesus. A new believer led his friend to Jesus in a small town in the north. Ask for the Prince of Peace to reign in the region. It is too early to know how current events will affect Epiphany, but there are going to be significant economic and social ramifications in North Africa, at the very least.
