Empower Eric and Michelle to continue to mobilize, train and coach qualified workers in the implementation of the fruitful practices of disciple making and church planting movements among unreached peoples globally.
To this end Eric serves as VP of AWL-IN Volunteers and on the Training and Outreach Teams with International Services. He also collaborates on the lead teams of Kingdom initiatives zume.training and www.fidelis.online

Eric first connected with Team Expansion founders & mobilizers in January of 1979. Upon graduation from Kentucky Christian College, in 1984, he served with Team Expansion’s Uruguay Maiden Field Project helping disciple some of the first believers and to gather and build-up the first “church”. Upon returning to the USA, Eric married Michelle (1985), and together they served on staff in a local church in NE Ohio, and were blessed with three sons (now all grown, married, and with 5 grandchildren). They have been engaged with Team Expansion in full-time capacity since August of 1989.
Michelle received a Master of Arts in Education from University of the Cumberlands (2022) and Eric received a Master of Arts in Catalytic Leadership from Fidelis International Seminary of Dallas Christian College (2025).
