Carlos and I grew up just miles apart in Caracas, Venezuela, yet never met until the Lord miraculously brought Carlos to my parents’ hometown in Ohio thirty years later. Everything happened backwards. He became close with my family long before he and I finally met in February 2026, and six months later we were married. Our story of God’s providence and redemption is beautifully connected to the mission He has given us for Spain.
I have served in Spain since 2018, and now Carlos and I are joyfully following the Lord’s call to make disciples together. After a lifetime shaped by Catholic tradition, intentional discipleship awakened Carlos’s heart and transformed his walk with Christ, giving him a burden for others to experience the same freedom and hope. Spain is easy to reach geographically but incredibly hard to reach spiritually. Although rich in culture and history, its spiritual reality is dark, and we long to bring the light of Jesus into that darkness.
Our mission is to serve Him in Spain by finding people of peace, building relationships, and starting simple Christ following communities so that local believers are equipped to make more disciples. We have a deep passion for investing in youth and young couples. Through daily relationships, Gospel seed sowing, prayer walking, English camps, and discipling new believers, we long to see the Gospel multiply across Spain.
