Give thanks for dedicated Lao workers who are enduring hardships, challenges, and even persecution. Pray that the 17 national missionary teams would speak clearly and with the power of God. (More on The Final 58)
Pray for new believers among the Khmer in Cambodia.
“Then they said to one another, “We are not doing right. This day is a day of good news. If we are silent and wait until the morning light, punishment will overtake us. Now therefore come; let us go and tell the king’s household” (2 Kings 7:9). Four lepers had come across great spoil in a time of severe famine and realized that they must share this great discovery with others. Pray that new Khmer believers would likewise realize the treasure that they have found in Christ and gladly share Him with others.
Pray for Joseph and Caitlin Maier as they begin the process of joining Team Expansion as full time workers. They hope to go through Launch in October 2019 and begin D-Course in January, 2020. Please pray that the Lord will provide the necessary funding. Also, please pray for Joseph to be healed from his chronic pain.
