Chad and Jennifer have a passion to see the Kingdom of God expand across Japan. They have planted a church in Osaka and now serve in Ishinomaki, a city in northern Japan that was hit by the triple disaster of 2011 (earthquake, tsunami & nuclear), They have 5 children and now work with a large team that is focused on making disciples by loving people, reaching the lost and seeing churches started.

Born out of extraordinary prayer, we partner with the global church to mobilize, train, and coach qualified workers in the implementation of the fruitful practices of church planting movements.

Team Expansion is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Since 1981, our workers have sent monthly financial reports with full disclosure and completely “open hands.” You’ll know every month how much money came in and how it was spent.
