In Matthew 13, Jesus tells his disciples a story known to us as “The Parable of the Sower.” He describes four different kinds of “soil” upon which the seed is sown:
The path – where the birds devour the seed
Rocky soil – where seeds sprout quickly, but have no depth and get scorched by the sun
Among the thorns – where the thorns grew up and choked the seeds out
Good soil – where the seeds reproduce thirty, sixty, or one hundred times
The Middle East has been a land filled with difficult soil for many, many years. However, it has not always been that way. Practically the whole of the Bible takes place in this region. The Gospel of Jesus once had strong roots in this pivotal part of the world. It is our desire to see the Gospel take root once again in this region.
We are so excited to be joining Team Expansion to take the message of the Gospel to sow seed among the people of the Middle East. Our ministry goal is to see a Church Planting Movement (CPM) in the city where we will be working. We would love for you to join us in the journey.
There are several ways you can join us:
- sign up to receive our newsletter to keep up with our journey
- pray for our ministry and for the people of the Middle East to fall in love with Jesus
- contribute financially to support our work in the Middle East
- come visit and pray over the city where we are working
- join our team on the field
Thank you for partnering with us to take Jesus to the people in the Middle East.
