Team Expansion has 7 Core Values and 7 Great Passions. Everything we do falls under one or more of these categories.
4. Effective Communication
Effective Communication – one of Team Expansion’s great passions.
Whether communicating in our heart language with teammates, or in a second language with locals, we want to excel in saying what we mean and meaning what we say.
We are determined to speak to the hearts of those we serve. Each Team Expansion worker is required to focus several years on learning language before redirecting to hands-on ministry.
We also want our churches and supporters back home to know exactly how we’re serving and how they can help. Our workers send monthly newsletters, and frequent prayer updates.
We are passionate about communicating well.
5. Making Disicples
Team Expansion is passionate about making disciples.
In the great commission speech, Jesus told his followers to “Go and make disciples…” and we’re still committed to that mandate.
We don’t just make disciples, either. Team Expansion trains its workers to make disciples who make disciples who make disciples. Our hope is to see multiplication.
We’re so determined to see this happen, that it’s in our very mission. We exist to multiply disciples and churches among the unreached.
