Ayatollah Ali Huseini Sistani is one of the most powerful and influential Iranian Twelver Shia marja in Iraq and Head of many hawzahs (seminaries) in Najaf. He is described as the spiritual leader of Iraqi Shia Muslims and one of the most senior clerics in Shia Islam. Pray for open mouths – national missionaries and new believers effectively and boldly sharing the message of Jesus so that repentance and forgiveness of sins is preached among the peoples of Laos.

Pray for the priceless treasure of Jesus to be realized in peoples’ hearts all throughout: the Serbs in Bosnia; the Khmer in Cambodia; the Druze of the Golan Heights; Ancona and Rome, Italy; the Mien of Laos; and the people of Taiwan.
Please pray for Jorge and Sara Navarette. Their bodies are in the U.S., but their hearts are still in Venezuela. Pray for special protection over the church and leaders there during the Covid-19 epidemic. Pray for the multiplication of disciple-making groups in 2020 and effective use of online discipling tools as much as possible. Ask for protection over the church during these difficult times. Pray for peace in Venezuela, that the Lord’s will be done there. Pray for the ability to reach out effectively via social media and nontraditional methods to nonbelievers. Ask for wisdom for upcoming plans and hat we will not get discouraged in the waiting process.
