Years of political conflicts, rampant corruption, and marginalization of Amerindian peoples continue to hold Mexico in bondage. Mexico is the second most violent country in the world, with one of the highest kidnapping rates. Pray for the love and forgiveness of Jesus to overpower the strongholds of crime, violence and corruption. Pray for government leaders to repent of corruption and seek God’s righteousness. Pray for those people in Aceh who have paid the ultimate price and followed Jesus even to death. Lift their families. Ask that the Lord would provide for and strengthen them. Pray for their persecutors, that they would come to faith in Jesus.
Pray for a breakthrough in the hearts of the Taiwanese people. Specifically pray that they would turn from their idols and put their faith in the One True God and the only Savior, Jesus Christ.
Last week H and another Middle Eastern friend died of COVID-19. Join M and S in rejoicing that H is now with Jesus. Pray for H’s family as they grieve the loss of their wife and mother. May Jesus be seen in both her life and her death. Encourage M and S as they continue to multiply disciples and churches in North Africa.
