Since the revolution in January 2011, North African nationals in a sensitive field have experienced greater political freedom. Similarly, there has been an increase in cultural freedoms, especially in the more liberal capital. Pray that nationals in this field would find true freedom in Jesus Christ and not be enslaved by the freedom of sexual expression or other immoral lifestyles that now seem permissible.
Praise God for the 25 Jawhoi believers. Ask God to take away fear and strengthen them to forsake their spirit worship and rely on God’s power. Pray for these young Jawhoi believers to be built up in faith, knowledge and obedience.
Lord Jesus, please give grace that many Khmer in Cambodia would, like skilled master builders, lay a foundation that can be built on for generations, that foundation being Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 3:10-15).
Ask God to give wisdom to K and R in establishing the structure to allow Harvest Centers to be built in southeast Asia. This will not be an easy task. Pray for unity of vision and heart. Give thanks for those who have accepted Christ. May they be well connected into the Church. Pray that little embers will burst forth. Pray for the Holy Spirit to be working on the hearts of families.
