Daily Prayer Force June 2, 2023

“Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks, they can immediately open the door for him.” (Luke 12:35-36)

In a post-modern society, many Italians see the Bible as a book with many mythological stories that may hold some philosophical truth. The truth is that Scripture is the Word of God written to show how to be in a right relationship with God.

Father, we pray that there is a resurgence of the idea that the Bible truly is God’s Word. We pray that those who believe this will allow the words of Scripture to alter their thoughts, lives, and actions, leading to faith, obedience, and proclamation. We pray, Father, that many Italians will immediately open the door for the Bridegroom when He comes and knocks.

Team Expansion Worker

• The OneKingdom Team is looking to expand. Join J and C in Eastern Europe in praying for at least one critical role to be filled within the next few months to help the team continue to equip and resource the teams they are working with and expand to new teams so that they might reach as many as possible with the Gospel. Please pray for the funding and right fit for the team needs.
• The C family has some specific financial needs coming up in the immediate future related to their boys’ 2023-24 school tuition and applications for temporary residency in country. Please praise God for the many ways He provides• The MTM Team in Croatia is trying some new ways to engage with seekers. Please pray for them as they serve and that they won’t grow weary in doing good. We want to see the harvest!
• PRAISE: Son N had a quarterly check-up in April with his endocrinologist. She was happy with the improvement the insulin pump continues to make in management of his diabetes and overall health. Thank God for how well N is doing!

Pray for More Workers

Jesus, You commanded Your disciples to ask Your Father for harvest workers.
