From a Team Expansion worker:
I met Chad last July 2015. He, his wife Lisa, and their 4 children, were transitioning out of one ministry and looking for the next chapter. God orchestrated the details and now they are part of Team Expansion’s training team, leading the Shawnee D-Course team.
Chad took D-Course this past January. Then he and his family took Launch, then Kairos, and also Jonathan Training. He loved Jonathan Training so much he took it a second time.
As soon as he learns something, he shares it with others including his kids. He and Lisa have trained at least their two oldest children, who are 14 and 12, in how to facilitate a 3/3rds group, which is a disciple making group.
In September, Chad was invited to share for an hour with 60 middle school youth at a local church. He organized his family and another family and a few more to train all 60 in how to use an effective tool for sharing the Gospel with about anyone here in the U.S.
The next day his daughter, Annie, shared that tool with others on her soccer team. She rejoiced as God enabled her to see fruit to the 7th generation (meaning the tools were shared from person to person 7 times).
